Police arrested a Missouri man after he allegedly opened fire at a delivery driver amid a dispute over a disabled parking space on Tuesday.

St. Charles Police responded to an emergency call reporting a shooting that took place in a Target parking lot. When they arrived, they discovered a bleeding man suffering a bullet wound in the back, Lt. Tom Wilkison said.

An Amazon delivery truck driver parked his vehicle in a disabled parked space. A 65-year-old car driver whose car has disabled placards inside was annoyed by the parking situation. He used his phone to capture the scene and the attack accelerated: “The two got into a hands-on confrontation over a cell phone, during which the gentleman produced a handgun and shot the person one time in the back,” Wilkison claimed.
