SAMORA RECIPE FOR THE DOUGH:

PREPARATION OF THE SAUCE

Thus, Add minced beef and onions, fry lightly until golden brown, then add the red pepper, curry and thyme, then stir.

Then put some chopped vegetables and stir fry for some minutes with green peppers.

Plus, Add maggi cubes, salt and stir, leave it to cook for some minutes then take off the fire and set aside.

PREPARATION FOR THE DOUGH

Still, Pour flour into a bowl, add salt, a little amount of vegetable oil and lukewarm water, mix until you get a stretchy dough.

Yet, Cover with an airtight plastic or with aluminium foil and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.

After the 15 minutes, knead dough to make it more stretchy and elastic.

Again, Cut out a bit, roll out with a rolling pin, make sure it is not too thin, it should be about 3-4 mm in thickness.

Besides, Use a circular cutter, cut the rolled dough and remove the excess dough at the corner.

In addition, Cut the circular dough into two equal halves.

Moreover, Rub water or egg on the straight edges of one of the dough.

STEPS TO MAKE SAMOSA

Nevertheless, Fold the edge from your right-hand side almost to the middle forming a pyramid or a triangular shape.

Always hold the upper edge by your right-hand side add the filling to the pocket formed from the folding.
