Premier League duo Tottenham and Manchester City are among a number of top-flight clubs who are monitoring Luka Reischl, he’s 16-year-old in age. According to the reporter: “He was regarded as one of the most promising young players in Europe and is attracting a lot of interest in him”.
The report has further added that Manchester City and Tottenham have to make a decision on whether to signs Luka Reischl or not to sign him being a teenager, in the summer of 2020 due to Post-Brexit regulations, not EU Law, and they will not be allowed to sign any overseas players under the age of 18 below.
